IMPORTANT DATES and Notes
Submit your poster (title and 200-300 words abstract) by 09 November 2023 via EDAS. (If you do not have an account in EDAS, please create one here).
Note:
Full paper upload is not required, only title and abstract is required in upload to EDAS.
POSTER PRESENTATION
- Poster boards will be available in the main lobby. At least one student should attend during the poster sessions, either on Monday or Tuesday (the time will be announced later).
- Poster boards have a height of 100 cm and are 70 cm wide.
- Posters will be attached to the boards through tools that will be available on-site.
