To be published in the IEEE Future Networks World Forum 2023 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference, and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Other options, such as on-demand recordings or virtual presentations for those who are not able to travel, are being decided on a case-by-case basis.

AUTHOR INFORMATION
Author Registration Deadline: 30 September 2023 15 October 2023 (extended)
A paper covered with an Author Registration can be presented by any of the co-authors of that paper provided that he/she is also registered to the conference (any registration category). By default, the presenter is the author who registered at an Author rate. For a smooth organization of the program, any changes must be notified to the TPC Chair/Co-Chairs.
Registration transfers can also be requested by contacting: Shirley Cisneros, s.cisneros@comsoc.org until 1 November, 2023.
If a registration transfer is requested, it is mandatory that all papers co-authored by the initial registration remain covered with an Author registration.
- Each Author Registration is valid for (one) paper submission. For additional paper submissions by the same author, a 50% discount will be granted for each additional paper.
- Overlength page charges: $100 per page beyond six pages.
Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received before Monday, 30 October 2023. Please contact Shirley Cisneros, s.cisneros@comsoc.org for cancellations. A $150 cancellation fee (per registration) will be applied if a cancellation notice is not received before the above due date.
